We ship by EMS to destinations where Japan Post currently accepts EMS shipments and where the products in your order can be sent. Available destinations and shipping conditions may change.

Shipping charges are separate from product prices. The EMS shipping charge is calculated based on the destination and the total shipment weight and is shown at checkout.

Orders shipped to a U.S. address

This policy applies to orders delivered to an address in the United States, regardless of the customer’s country of residence.

Pay for the products and EMS shipping at checkout. U.S. import duties and the Zonos postal clearance fee are not included in the product price or the checkout total.

After you place your order, we will calculate the DDP charges for the entire shipment and send you a separate PayPal invoice. Please pay the invoice within 7 days of its issue date. We will prepay the applicable charges through Zonos and ship your order after your payment is received.

If payment is not received within 7 days, we may cancel the order. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the initial payment less the PayPal transaction fee charged on the initial payment and retained by PayPal.

Any DDP estimate shown on a product page is for that item only. The final amount is calculated for the entire shipment and may vary depending on the items and quantities ordered. A postal clearance fee may also apply per shipment.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are shipped DAP (Incoterms® 2020).

Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or handling charges are payable by the recipient. The local postal operator, courier, or customs authority will advise you how to pay these charges, usually before delivery.

These charges are not included in the product price or EMS shipping charge.
